What You're Up Against
Sand Shape Level 39 features an irregular puzzle grid with fixed internal walls that define non-negotiable boundaries. You have exactly three minutes to place nine distinct colored blocks—no rotation, no resizing—each arriving one at a time. Gaps or overlaps trigger immediate failure.
Beating Sand Shape Level 39
- Start the 3-minute timer and observe the grid’s internal walls and open zones.
- Place the red T-block centered in the wide ‘T’-shaped open space.
- Position the orange L-block below and left of the red T-block, filling the bottom-left corner.
- Set the yellow L-block atop the red T-block in the upper-right zone.
- Slide the green 1×2 block right of the yellow L-block to seal that row.
- Drop the light blue L-block in the top-left corner, extending down and right.
- Place the dark blue 1×3 vertical bar directly under the top segment of the light blue L-block.
- Fit the purple L-block between the dark blue bar and orange L-block to bridge the gap.
- Anchor the pink L-block in the bottom-left void, stretching to fill its awkward shape.
- Slot the final light green L-block into the remaining bottom-right space to complete the level.
Doing It Faster
- Scan the grid for the red T-block’s target zone before the timer starts—this saves ~3 seconds.
- Pre-visualize where each upcoming piece lands; the order is fixed, so anticipate placements.
- Skip unnecessary dragging—snap blocks directly into valid positions using wall alignment as a guide.
Where Players Slip Up
- Forcing pieces across internal walls instead of respecting their hard boundaries.
- Misplacing the purple L-block too high or low, leaving an unfillable gap between the dark blue and orange blocks.
- Delaying the pink L-block placement, which then crowds the bottom-left and blocks the final light green spot.
- Assuming the light green L-block fits multiple ways—it only snaps correctly in the bottom-right after all prior steps are exact. This walkthrough relies on strict sequence fidelity, and the solution is unforgiving of deviations.
