Sand Shape Level 133 presents a 7×7 grid that must be divided into exactly seven regions of five cells each. Each region must be orthogonally connected and match one of seven colors. Two symbol types appear: triangles and wave icons. Straight “similarity” lines between identical symbols mandate those symbols reside in the same colored region; zig-zag “difference” lines require them to be in different regions. No cell may remain uncolored—and every region must contain exactly five cells.

- Create an L-shaped pink region (5 cells) in the top-left: cover rows 1–3 of column 1, plus (1,2) and (2,2).
- Directly below it, form an L-shaped orange region (5 cells) including the bottom-left triangle symbol.
- At the bottom row, build an L-shaped yellow region (5 cells) wrapping both wave symbols linked by a straight similarity line.
- In the central column, draw a vertical I-shaped green region (5 cells) connecting the two triangle symbols joined by a straight similarity line.
- Identify the top-right wave symbol connected via a zig-zag difference line to the top triangle (now in green): it must be in a different region.
- Build an L-shaped purple region (5 cells) in the top-right, containing that wave symbol.
- Fill the remaining five uncolored cells in the middle-right with an L-shaped blue region—completing the solution.
Doing It Faster
- Prioritize straight-line similarity constraints first—they fix region placements early.

- Miscounting cells: a 4- or 6-cell region invalidates the entire walkthrough, even if symbols align.
- Overlapping regions or leaving isolated cells—both violate the core partitioning rule.
- Assuming symmetry: the layout isn’t mirrored, so copying shapes from one side to another rarely works. This walkthrough relies on precise symbol-link logic—not pattern replication. The solution is fully determined by the connection rules and 5-cell constraint.
